- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is to support the office of the Director, Acquisition Career Management (DACM) through the Deputy DACM (DDACM), which is responsible for the development, management and o versight of the Army Acquisition Corps (AAC) and the Acquisition, Logistics and Technology Workforce (AL&T) with specific responsibility for CP-14 and CP-13/17 (LOGPRO). This office develops and promulgates policies and procedures for managing the accessi on, training, education and career development of military and civilian personnel in the AAC and AL&T Workforce. Contractor will devise and implement a Communication and Outreach Plan and provide Administrative Support Staff for the DDACM. A written RFP, PWS will be posted for download on the CCE Homepage at http://dccw.hqda.pentagon.mil/services/rfp1.asp, reference W91FD3-06-R-0003 entitled Marketing and Communications Program Support. The Contracting Center of Excellence (CCE), in support of The U.S. A rmy Acquisition Support Center will solicit and administer this requirement. This RFP is 100% Small Business Set-Aside with annual revenue of $6.0 million the NAICS code is 561110. A Firm-Fixed Price single award is intended. The Period of Performance f or the base year is 12 months, after award of contract with 4 Option periods, each for 12 months.
