- Description
- The Air Force Operational Test and Evaluation Center (AFOTEC) anticipates solicitation of General Management Services (GMS). AFOTEC contemplates award of an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for management services to various AFOTEC organizations. This is anticipated to be a 5-year contract. Task Orders anticipated will be either Firm-Fixed Price or Cost Plus Fixed Fee. This acquisition has been set aside for 8(a) firms. The anticipated RFP release date is Dec 05. Places of performance will be at HQ AFOTEC and co-located Detachments at Kirtland AFB, NM. The purpose of this effort is to obtain management services to support Business Integration Center, Resource Management, Contract Administration, Facilities Project Management, Financial Management, History Office, Information Management Team, Internal Controls Program, Operational Test and Evaluation Policy Support and Strategic Planning, Security Office, Video Teleconferencing Center, Safety Office tasks. The solicitation, when issued, will be a Request for Proposal (RFP). Performance-Price Tradeoff with Technical Acceptability is anticipated to be the method of contractor selection. The NAICS code is 561110 and the Size Standard is $6,000,000 in annual revenues. This announcement does not constitute a RFP and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government. The solicitation and all amendments will be available for viewing on FedBizOps (FBO) at www.eps.gov. It is incumbent upon all interested parties to review the site frequently for any updates and amendments to any and all documents. All potential offerors are reminded, in accordance with Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFARS) 252.204-7004, Required Central Contractor Registration (CCR), lack of registration in the CCR will make an offeror ineligible for contract award.
