- Transformer, power PR 0011726599 NSN 5950-00-357-2764 Kavlico Corp (22863) p/n GM6806, 215 each, FOB Origin to Tracy CA and New Cumberland PA, delivery in 180 days. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. See Notes 22 & 26. The solicitation will be available in FedBizOpps and https://www.dibbs/bsm.dla.mil/RFP on its issue date of 12/19/05. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contracg with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). Approved source is Kavlico Corp. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
