Description
This is a request for quotation (RFQ). Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) is requesting a quotation to obtain ventilation duct cleaning service for 17 buildings (approximately 180,000 square feet) for the ICE, Service Processing Center, 1115 N. Imperial Ave., El Centro, CA 92243. The period of performance shall be from January 1, 2006 through December 31, 2006, with an option for two (2) additional one-year option periods. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, tools, materials, equipment and transportation to perform the services as set forth by the National Air Duct Cleaners Association standards (NADCA). All cleaning services shall be conducted between the hours of 6:00 pm and 6:00 am Monday through Friday, excluding Federal Holidays. The quoter shall submit the following for consideration: (1) a narrative addressing the technical performance capability and the ability to meet NADCA standards; (2) past performance references for the past 2 years on similar city , state or federal contracts (to include contract numbers and points of contact); (3) price per buildings. The Government will award on an all or none basis. FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation-Commercial Items applies with evaluation factors of: (1) technical capability to include warranty(if any); (2) past performance; (3) price. Request for Quotation incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-06. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 561790: Size Standard is Six Million dollars. This requirement is a small business set-aside procurement.
