- Description
- U.S. Immigration & Customs Enforcement (ICE) has a requirement to modify the existing GSA BPA order to add necessary subsequent services and intends to award on a sole source basis in accordance with FAR Part 12 with Dell Marketing, L.P. One Dell Way, Round Rock, TX 78682. This action is under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 entitled ?Only One Responsible Source, and No Other Supply or Service Will Satisfy Agency Requirement.? The required services are included: Applying Government furnished approved image to the desktop computers already purchased prior to delivery, creating and affixing asset tag, inside delivery to the designated ICE facilities throughout the nationwide, and submitting a weekly status report of deployment progress. The period of performance will be from date of modification issuance through June 30, 2006. This synopsis is for information purpose only. See Numbered Note. 22
