- The Government intends to issue Solicitation N65236-06-R-0731 as a sole source commercial item contract pursuant to FAR 13.5 to Sensis Corporation, 85 Collamer Crossing, East Syracuse, NY 13057-1101. This procurement is for an upgrade to existing Sensis Radar Dual Target Data Extractor TDX- 2000DW system from a single channel system to a dual channel system. A Firm Fixed Price type contract is anticipated. The required period of performance is date of award through 02 March 2006. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.
