- Request For Proposal N61331-06-R-0008 replaces N61331-05-R-0073 which has been cancelled. The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City, Florida intends to solicit proposals on the basis of full and open competition for fabrication, assembly and testing of forty-four (44) Landing Craft Air Cushion Man-On-The-Move (MOM) Radio Interface Assembly kits. Each MOM Radio Interface Assembly kit consists of a Command Module Base Station, dual battery charger enclosure assembly, an antenna adapter kit, and a two (2) roving personnel adapter cables. The first kit assembled will be delivered to the Government for approval of the product within 30 days after award. The remaining kits will be required to be delivered 60 days after award. Equipment will be delivered to the Naval Support Activity-Panama City, 101 Vernon Avenue, Panama City, FL 32407-7001. The solicitation will contain drawings that can only be sent to DoD U.S. contractors. Award will be made on the basis of technically acceptable low price.
