- LEASE SPACE TO THE GOVERNMENT Requirement: The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) is interested in leasing a total of 7,362 square feet consisting of: 3,362 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet of office space and 4,000 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet of warehouse space. Both spaces offered shall be conterminous. The warehouse space shall have a garage door(s) with a minimum height of 14 feet high and minimum width of 12 feet wide. The space will be used by a law enforcement agency. The building must allow access twenty-four (24) hours per day/ seven (7) days a week. All services, supplies, utilities, and tenant alterations to be provided as part of the rental consideration. Delineated area: Offered properties must be located within the Greater Philadelphia Area of Pennsylvania and New Jersey: Pennsylvania: West: Interstate 476, directly south to the Delaware River East: Route 63, directly south to the Delaware River North: Interstate 276 South: Delaware River New Jersey: West: Route 42 to Interstate 76 East: Creek Road, directly north to the Delaware River North: Delaware River South: Interstate 295 Term: 10 years with full termination rights by the government after the fifth (5th) full year of occupancy. Expressions of Interest should include the following: 1) Building name and address; 2) Rentable square feet available and rentable rate per square foot; and 3) Common Area Factor 4) Basic Floor plans. Submissions by other than the owner of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the owner granting permission to make a general offering of the space. This is not a solicitation for offers, nor a request for proposals. The Government will not pay for any costs incurred as a result of this advertisement.
