Description
OFFICE SPACE WANTED BY THE U.S. GOVERNMENT The General Services Administration currently leases 133,653 BOMA usable square feet of office space with 32 on-site parking spaces at 915 Wilshire Boulevard in Los Angeles, California. This lease is expiring. The General Services Administration (GSA) has interest in leasing approximately 140,949 BOMA rentable square feet of contiguous office space along with 32 parking spaces, in Los Angeles, California. Rentable square feet must yield a minimum of 126,298 BOMA usable square feet. GSA is interested in considering alternative space if economically advantages. GSA will consider the cost of moving, alterations and other appropriate considerations when deciding whether it should relocate.
