- Request the services of a Wartsila Lips authorized technical representative for a period of approximately twenty-four (24) days in Singapore to replace the vessels shaft seals during a scheduled dry-docking in Singapore, 05 December 2005 to 19 January 2006, and to perform the work detailed in the solicitation and statement of work. Telephonic requests for the solicitation resulting from this notice will not be accepted. Only written (fax or email) requests will be accepted. The estimated issue date for this solicitation is 29 Nov 2005. The closing date of the solicitation will be 02 Dec 05, unless a later date is specified in the solicitation.
