Description

The purpose of this work is to maintain the health and viability of the Military Sealift Command Financial Management System (MSC-FMS), the Budget Preparation System (BPS), the Financial Data Mart (FDM), and the Human Resources Management System (HRMS). In the performance of this work, the contractor shall provide the following types of support: planning and program management, software maintenance and minor enhancements, HelpDesk, Interface and Custom Report maintenance, database and configuration management, and functional support. The purpose of this solicitation is to provide continuity of services in the interim during the procurement process for Solicitation N00033-05-R-6508, which will provide the services mentioned above as well as additional services. The period of performance for this interim contract will be from 30 January 2006 through 02 April 2006. This interim contract will be a sole source procurement to be awarded to IAE Solutions, LLC of Reston, Virginia. The period of performance for N00033-05-R-6508 will be for a one (1) year base period, which will commence on 03 April 2006, and three (3) one-year option periods.
