- The National Shipbuilding Research Program Pre-Solicitation Notice for Research Announcement NSRP 05-01 released June 23, 2005 is hereby recalled, since the amount of Navy funding for FY06 will not support this level of effort. In its place, NSRP has issued targeted RFPs for scope of work expansions to existing, competitively awarded projects.
