- The U. S. Department of the Interior, National Business Center/GovWorks, on behalf of Redstone Technical Test Center(RTTC), Development Test Command, US Army Test and Evaluation Command, Redstone Arsenal, Alabama, intends to make a firm-fixed price, sole source award to LDS Test and Measurement LLC, of Middleton, WI. Specifically, RTTC has the need for a 2 Genesis Tower mainframes, with 8channel 1ms/s basic amplifiers/acquisition cards. This announcement is published as a Sole Source in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. This is NOT a request for competitive quotes. The intent of this Pre-Solicitation Notice is for informational purposes only. However, all information received by 4:30 p.m. EST December 8, 2005 will be considered by the Government.
