- Description
- The United States Army Communications Electronic Life Cycle Management Command (C-E LCMC) intends to solicit and award a sole source five year Firm-Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity type contract in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, One Responsible Source, for the acquisition of up to $26 million, which may consist of any combination of two Line Replaceable Units (LRUs) of the AN/APN-209(V), Radar Altimeter Set RT-1115J (NSN: 5841-01-421-4162, Manufacturer Part Number (P/N) HG7209AD01) a nd RT-1411B (NSN: 5841-01-421-4161, Manufacturer P/N HG7210AC01) with Honeywell Inc. (Honeywell), Sensor & Guidance Products, Minneapolis, MN, CAGE 94580. Honeywell is the Original Equipment Manufacturer and the only known source qualified to supply the RT-1115J and RT-1411B. The RT-1115J and RT-1411B are comprised of several circuit card assemblies and a radio frequency (RF) module solely produced by Honeywell. The Government does not own or have access to schematics or drawings for these Receiver Transmitters (RTs). Shipments are to be FOB destination with Inspection/Acceptance at Contractor Facility. Packaging and delivery schedule will be as specified in the solicitation. This is a request for proposal (RFP) and the solicitation number assigned is W15P7T-06-R-C006 . The US Army C-E LCMC has established the IBOP website as part of the Armys Single Face to Industry, to allow electronic posting of Solicitation for Request for Proposals (RFPs), Request for Quotations (RFQs), and Invitations for Bids (IFBs) from C-E LCMC to industry. All parties interested in doing business with C-E LCMC are invited to access, operate, send and receive information from the IBOP at http://abop.monmouth.army.mil All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency.
