Required delivery without First Article Testing is 3 Each, 90 Days After Contract Award. This item is restricted to the appro ved business Lockheed Martin, CAGE Code: 04939 because this part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. Existing unique design capability, engineering skills, and manufacturing kn owledge by the qualified source(s) require acquisition of the part from the approved source(s). Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award.
