- The U.S. Army RDECOM - Natick Contracting Division, Kansas Street, Natick, MA on behalf of the United States Army Soldier Systems Center, Natick, MA has a requirement for a Nanometer Pattern Generation System. The acquisition will be pursuant to F ederal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The Nanometer Pattern Generation System will have the following salient characteristics: (1) The system must be a V9.0IPC syste m that is compatible with Zeiss 60 SEM, (2) the system must be equipped with a tungsten filament, 5-axis motorized/computer controlled sample stage, (3) the system must contain an external beam blanker system and (4) the system must be equipped with an EDA X Corp. Genesis Energy dispersive x-ray spectrometer (EDS) system. This notice constitutes the request for quotes (RFQ) and is the only solicitation.
