- Description
- The 96th Contracting Squadron (96 CONS/MSCB), Eglin AFB, FL intends to offer Timber Sales on the Eglin AFB Reservation. Work will consist of harvesting all sand pine trees designated for removal. Their are three harvest units under one contract line item number(CLIN) consisting of approximately 361 acres and containing 7,673 tons of pine timber. The sale area is a ?closed area?. Timber will be sold on a ?lump sum? basis with an advanced payment requirement. Timber sold is located within Harvest unit and is comprised of natural and planted sand pine. This is a notification to interested parties. The solicitation number for this announcement is FA2823-06-R-0004. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this sale is 113310, with a small business size standard of 500 employees.
