Description

It is the government?s intent to award a Cable Television Services Contract at Keesler AFB MS. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to maintain cable television services at Keesler AFB MS. Programming shall be provided on a 24 hour, 7 days a week basis. Cable television services are currently being provided at the Keesler Medical Center, 213 outlets in Dormitory Dayrooms and Individual Viewing Areas, 1870 outlets for the BOQ and other Close Cluster Housing, 52 outlets in Temporary Lodging Quarters (family type), 3 outlets with Premium Service, and 4 Decoders. All subscription services must be provided in accordance with a non-exclusive franchise agreement. The period of performance for this contract is 01 Jan 06 through 30 Sep 06. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 515210 with a small business size standard of $12,500,000. This acquisition will be accomplished using commercial procedures in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 12. The solicitation will be issued electronically on or about 08 Dec 05 via the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website at http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract, it does not restrict the Government?s ultimate approach, nor does it obligate the Government to pay for any proposal preparation cost.
