- Description
- The Government intends to procure commercial item services under (FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 15, Contract by Negotiation) for the delivery, set-up, education and management of home oxygen equipment for veteran patients. The work shall be in the San Diego County and Counties surrounding the San Diego, California, area. The contract shall be for a base year, with the Government?s option to exercise four (4) one (1) year option periods. The solicitation will be available for issue on or about December 14, 2005, with offers due on or about January 17, 2006.
