- UNICOR intends to enter into a three (3) years firm fixed price requirements type contract for T-Nut for FCI Florence Colorado. Solicitation number is FN 1241-06 and this solicitation is issued as a Request For Proposal. UNICOR PN# Tnut0716, est. qty: 3,600,000, U/I: each, T-NUT,RIVET-TYPE,1/4X20X7/16".The minimum delivery order quantity is 50,000each and the maximum delivery order quantity is 100,000.each. Delivery date requested is 14days after receipt of delivery order.. Variation in quantity +/- _5_%. This procurement is a small business set aside. Only offers from small business concerns will be considered. Offerors are advised that the Government intends to evaluate offers and award on an all or none Offerors shall submit signed and dated offers to UNICOR, Federal Correctional Insitution, Route 59 and Big Shanty Road, Lewis Run, PA 16738, ATTN: Linda Kerr, Contract Specialist. This information shall be displayed on the outside of the envelope with the solicitation number and offer closing date. All offerors must complete the Business Management questionnaire in Section L of solicitation document with three references. References must be for same or similar items. All Offerors must complete the ACH form, on line representations and certifications and the CCR Registration, which can be found on UNICOR?s webpage at www.unicor.gov. For the ACH form click on business commercial opportunities, navigate to, procurement forms and click on ACH form and print. For CCR Registration scroll down the page to Central Contractor Registration and complete internet based form. Fax proposals are accepted at 814-362-4151 Attn: Linda Kerr, the fax cover sheet shall reference the solicitation number and offer closing date and time. The original copy of the solicitation shall be received within two (2) days of the offer closing date. All offerors must acknowledgment all amendments if any. Offers received after the exact time and date specified will not be considered. The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer represents the best value to the government. The following factors shall be used to evaluate proposals: Past Performance, Specification, and price. A written notice of award or acceptance of an offer will be mailed or otherwise furnished to the successful offeror within the time for acceptance specified in the offer, shall result in a binding contract without further action by either party. The solicitation will be available on Fedbizops at www.fbo.gov on or about Thursday, December 1, 2006 No copies of the solicitation will be mailed. All responsible offerors may submit a proposal which will be considered.
