- The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) intends to award on a competitive basis, a contract to upgrade video graphics and editing system. The Solicitation Number is AG-3142-S-06-0008 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This action incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-06.
