- NRCS will be accepting bids for debris removal services. Contractor will provide all labor, materials, equipment necessary to remove Hurricane Katrina storm related debris from a portion of Little Bayou Castain located in Mandeville, Louisiana. Performance period is 20 calendar days from the day following receipt of contract award. Price range is $250,000 to $500,000. Solictation packages will only be available through the Federal Business Opportunites (FedBizOpps) website, http://www.fbo.gov. This is a formal invitation for bids. Facsimile bids are authorized. SITE SHOWING will be held 10:00 a.m., December 2, 2005 at the St. Tammany Parish Council Facility located at 21490 Koop Drive, Mandeville, Louisiana. This project is being advertised as a 100% HubZone SetAside.
