- Description
- Routine and recurring maintenance of forest roads which includes the maintenance of traveled ways, ditches, brushing, drainage structures cleaning, repair, replacement and installation, and sign maintenance, repair, and installation to be accomplished by the establishment of an Indefinite Quantity Contract with a minimum of $20,000.00 and a maximum of $200,000.00 per year. Base period from date of award through 30 SEP 2006 with two one year option periods. Location to include Umpqua National Forest inclusive of Cottage Grove Ranger District, Diamond Lake Ranger District, North Umpqua Ranger District, and Tiller Ranger District. Some Government furnished property will be provided. Offerors must respond to a questionnaire to receive full consideration for award. Technical response elements include general technical capability, technical approach, local area hiring, and past performance history. Award will evaluate offers based on the best overall value to the Government, price and other factors considered. Award to be made as a Small Business Set Aside and may be made without discussions.
