- NOTICE OF INTENT TO USE OTHER THAN FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION IN ATLANTA, GA The United States Government presently occupies 72,241 rentable square feet or 62,800 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet of office, laboratory, special purpose and related space under a soon-to-expire lease at 60 Eighth Street in Atlanta, GA. The General Services Administration plans to negotiate a succeeding lease action with Sugarman-Garber II, LLC to remain at the present location. This decision is based on economic, mission, other factors and its determine to be in the Government?s best interest. The Government will relocate only if consideration of Economic and other factors are supported, including relocation and tenant improvement costs. LOCATION: Space must be located within the central business district (CBD) of downtown Atlanta, GA. REQUIRED: All services, supplies, utilities, partitioning and required tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. TERM: Lease term will be for twelve years with the Government having no cancellation privileges. OWNERS & AGENTS: Submission by any party other than the owner or manager of the property must be accompanied by a letter from the owner granting permission to make a general offering of the space. To submit a location for inspection, please contact the following office in writing by 4:00 P.M. on December 10, 2005.
