- Advertisement ? PKY-01-LO06 The United States Government is seeking development interest on a new construction project in Louisville, Kentucky, for delivery in mid-2008. The parameters of the project are cited below: A required 100 foot setback from the street right-of- way on all sides of the building; a minimum building floor plate of 25,000 BOMA Office Area; code required handicapped parking; 115 additional inside/secured parking spaces; 15 outside public spaces (cannot be within the 100 foot setback area); two separate means of direct vehicular access to a through street(s); controlled pedestrian access into the building from street/sidewalk. The site will be secured through an assignable option. It will be located in the Central Business District, and will encompass a minimum of 7 acres. The pre-approved site will be transferred to the successful development team at the negotiated option price at the time of lease award. The cost will be stipulated in the Solicitation for Offers ? Phase II. Expressions of interest in the project can be submitted in letter form or via e-mail at the address below. GSA will be competing for a developer to construct an office building of approx. 120,197 BOMA RSF of office and related space.
