- The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR), in support of the NILE Program Office (PMW 780N), is seeking information on how an interested contractor could produce, integrate, and perform acceptance testing of a follow-on, Full Rate Production (FRP) version of a NILE Link Level Communication Security device (LLC) which is form, fit, and function fully compatible and interoperable with the existing LLC Low Rate Initial Production (LRIP) LLC.
