- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format prescribed in Subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the request for quote for the required item under RFQ N00189-06-T-0055. A subsequent solicitation document will not be issued. FISC Norfolk intends to purchase the following items: (1) 1 Each, Manikin, Simman, Manikin only, Product No. 211-00050, (2) 1 Each, Peripheral Kit, Link Box Only, Product No. 210-09101, (3) 1 Each, Trauma Modules, Product No. 381500, (4) 1 Each, Simman Case, Product No. 381655, (5) 1 Each, Compressor Case, Product No. 381602, (6) 1 Each, Peripheral Case, Product No. 245-18050, (7) 1 Each, Tuff-book Laptop Computer, Product No. 6800-01-0002, (8) 1 Each, Compressor (No Fixed Air Source), Product No. 210-01150. Delivery will be 6 weeks after the receipt of order, FOB: Point Destination to Norfolk, VA 23511. Manufactured by Laerdal Medical Corporation, 167 Myers Corners Road, Wappingers Falls, NY 12590. Special Note: Request brand name or equal. If providing an equal please supply descriptive data for evaluation purposes to determine the validity of how it is an EQUAL.
