Description

Request For Proposals 801816R039 - best value procurement for removal and construction of new chain-link boundary fence near Warm Springs, Nevada. The project consists of removing stretches of existing fence, relocating stretches of existing fence and installing chain link and barbed wire along the majority of the property boundary surrounding the Refuge. Majority of the fencing material will be government furnished. Construction range is between $75,000 and $125,000.00. Performance Period is 90 Calendar Days. Prebid conference will be held on Tuesday, December 13, 2005 at 9:00 am, at the Refuge property site at the Southeast entrance gate. Moapa Valley NWR: Approx 60 NE of Las Vegas. Travel N on I-15 to Moapa exit; West on SR#168 approx. 6 miles to Warm Springs Rd; turn left on Warm Springs Rd. approx 1.5 miles.
