- Work consists of, but is not limited to, furnish all plant, labor, material and equipment necessary to remove and dispose of approximately 350,000 cubic yards of dredged material, other than ledge rock, from Maumee Bay, Toledo, Ohio in strict accorda nce with the Plans & Specifications. Dredged material shall be disposed of in a Government designated Open-Lake disposal area, as indicated on the contract drawings. Estimated construction cost is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Estimated liquidated d amages is between $500.00 and $1,000.00. The solicitation will be announced on FedBizOpps and will be available for downloading on www.FedTeds.gov. Once the solicitation is posted on FedTeds a hyperlink will be provided in the solicitation announcement through FedBizOpps. We will not provide a di sk or hard copy of the solicitation.
