- Pursuant to Public Law 108-183 Section 308 and Executive Order 13360 we intend to award a contract toVeteran Enterprise Technology Services, LLC, 11691 Quail Ridge Ct., Reston, VA 20194, a service-disabled, veteran-owned small business (SDVOSB). The contract is to assist the Air Force complete a mandated migration from Exchange 5.5 to Exchange 2003. Under Section 308 of PL 108-183, an award less than $3 million may be made to a SDVOSB on a sole source basis. This is not a request for proposals. A f irm-fixed price commercial contract will be awarded on 30 Nov 2005.
