Description

This notice is being posted as an avenue to provide Request for Quotation FA4613-06-Q-0003. In accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.202(a)(13), ?Exceptions to Publicizing Contract Actions,? there will not be a pre-solicitation notice posted for this required action. Additional information pertaining to this Request for Quotation is currently available and can be accessed by the links located above. The contractor shall furnish all parts, materials, supplies, equipment, labor, and transportation necessary to furnish a JLG 860SJ High Lift with Tow Package or equal to F.E. Warren AFB, WY, in accordance with the standards outlined in the product description attachment. The estimated delivery date will be 30 days after date of award. NO PAPER COPIES WILL BE ISSUED. To be eligible for award, offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) via the CCR website at http://www.ccr.gov. All offerors must submit their representation and certification at the Online Representation and Certification Applications (ORCA) website at http://orca.bpn.gov. The solicitation is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible small businesses may submit a quote that will be considered by the 90th Contracting Squadron. Additionally, the Government will not reimburse any interested parties for monies spent to provide a response to the subsequent solicitation notice.
