Description

The National Institutes of Health (NIH), The National Institute Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism (NIAAA) has a requirement to procure full service maintenance services for TheOnyx robot (serial no. 1214), manufactured by US Robot, for a 12-month period. The full service contract includes 12-month phone support, on-site repair and depot service along with service parts, one preventive maintenance visit, and one calibration. This procurement is not a set aside for Small Business. A statement of work will be attached to the Request for Quote (RFQ) package. Responsible vendors that are capable of providing NIAAA with the services described above may request a copy of the RFQ in writing or by FAX to 301-480-48261 to the Contracting Office prior to the closing date of this notice. It is anticipated that RFQ NIH-NIDDK-06-632 will be available fifteen (15) days after the publication date of this synopsis. Receipt of quotations will be due ten (10) days after the release of the RFQ. The anticipated award date is on or about December 28, 2005. Quotations must be submitted in writing to the National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases 6707 Democracy Blvd., Room 780, Bethesda, Maryland 20817 Attention: Robert T. Coonley, Contracting Officer. Fax quotations must contain offerors names, address, telephone number and fax number. FAX quotations will only be accepted if dated and signed by an authorized company
