- The United States Army Communications and Electronics Lifecycle Management Command (CE-LCMC) intends to procure the following for the Enhanced Position Location Reporting System (EPLRS): NSN 6130-01-461-9310, EPLRS Power Adapter (EPA), Maximum Quantity 3600 NSN 6130-01-477-9906, EPLRS Dual Power Adapter (EDPA), Maximum Quantity 7400 The subject solicitation is a 100% Small Business Set-aside (SBSA) and will be awarded as a four (4) year, Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract. The small size standard is 500 employees for the North America n Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 423690. The Solicitation is a Request for Proposal (RFP) and award will be made based on the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). Proposals shall consist of two volumes in accordance with (IAW) Section L of the solicitation. The required drawings contain performance and interface requirements and are not available in CENTRA but are available upon request. The shipping address for both items will be listed in the solicitation. The Solicitation will be posted on the Interactive Opportunities Web Page (IBOP) on/about December 12, 2005. The U.S. Army CE-LCMC has established the IBOP website as part of the Army Single Face to Industry , to allow electronic posting of Solicitations for Request for Proposals (RFPs) and Invitations for Bids (IFBs) from CE-LCMC to Industry.
