- FD2020-04-61762 The Government is performing Market Research of potential sources interested in the following requirement: Repair of items in support of the Air Combat Training Systems. Specific items are listed in attached document. It is anticipated that my resulting contract award will be a Requirements Type contract for five years and will be made to a single offeror whose bid/offeror responds to all the items. The Government will provide technical repair data, repair and test procedures as Government Furnished Information (GFI) for the items. To be considered as a potential repair source for this requirement, the Contractor will be required to submit technical data, in response to a solicitation, verifying their capability to inspect, repair, test, and package the items. Any special tools/fixtures and materials that may be required to perform the repair effort are to be supplied by the potential source. A list of these items will accompany any subsequent solicitation. The purpose of this request is to survey the marketplace and develop a listing of interested potential sources for the listed requirement. Respondents to this Sources Sought Synopsis will be retained in the files and provided a copy of the Request For Proposal (RFP) when issued. Responding to this synopsis in no manner guarantees a contract will be awarded to the respondent or for the repair effort itself. Replies from interested potential sources must be received by 03 JUN 05.
