- Description
- The Internal Revenue Service intends to issue a solicitation resulting in the award of a firm fixed price (FFP), indefinite delivery-indefinite quantity (IDIQ) type contract for organizational development services. The selected contractor(s) shall be responsible for all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, supervision, and other items and services necessary to provide consulting and training services.The contemplated contract will have a maximum period of performance of five years consisting of a one-year base period and four one-year options. This acquisition will be conducted as a commercial acquisition in accordance with FAR parts 12 and 15 and as a 100 percent small business set-aside. The anticipated date of solicitation release is December 2, 2005. The solicitation will only be available through the business opportunities link on the following IRS website: http://www.procurement.irs.treas.gov. Printed copies of the solicitation document will not be provided by the issuing office.
