The Naval Sea Systems Command requires up to seventy-four (74) TB-34 "NextGen" Fatline towed bodies, fifty-two (52) sets of interface hardware, and 39,348 hours of services, to include program management, engineering/technical effort, depot operations, integrated logistics support, configuration management, depot management, and repair services. Technical manuals, training and test equipment may be ordered. Retrofit kits may be ordered and provisioning item orders may be placed. A limited competition pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) will be conducted between Lockheed Martin, Syracuse, NY and Chesapeake Sciences Corporation, Millersville, MD. These two companies were awarded TB-34 prototype design and development contracts as a result of Broad Agency Announcement N00024-03-R-6220. Only these two companies provided technically sound design solutions that have met the requirements under the BAA and are technically viable for rapid transition from prototype to production. This phase of the program will focus on the best value between performance, cost, and schedule. Note: 22
