- Provide (1) ea fine grade 4 inch thick concrete floor and erect (1) ea minimum overall dimension for a Standard Square Foot (SSF) 20 ft x 40 ft Steel Building. Furnish labor, materials, equipment and supervision necessary to accomplish job. Offer ed product shall be for the minimum overall dimension stated in the specification/work statement. Published or descriptive literature of offered product must clearly define product specifications for consideration. It is anticipated that a fixed-price contract will be awarded using best value procedures. Specifications for evaluation of minimum overall size description are included in the solicitation. This procurement is restricted to small business only. The N AICS is 332312; the size standard for which is 500 employees. The solicitation will only be issued as a direct download at the following website: http://www.sam.usace.army.mil and will be available for download on or about 18 Nov 2005. The solicitation will not be provided in a printed paper format, however, the Go vernment reserves the right to revert to paper medium when it is determined to be in the Governments best interest. Therefore, it is the offerors responsibility to check the website for solicitation posting and any changes to this solicitation. Actual solicitation amendments will be issued either by posting for download to the aforementioned web site or fax. Interested offerors are required to self-register their firm or office at the above website. NO TELEPHONE, FAXED OR MAILED requests will be accepted.
