- Site visits will be held at the Washington Aqueduct Dalecarlia Water Treatment Plant, 5900 MacArthur Boulevard, NW, Washington, DC 20016. To provide the most opportunity for interested parties to attend, site visits are scheduled for 10:00 am on Mon day November 28, 2005 and 9:00 am on Tuesday November 29, 2005. For security purposes, anyone wising to attend the site visit must inform Sandra Souders of the Washington Aqueduct Engineering Branch of your intent by email at sandy.a.souders@usace.army.mi l or by phone at 202-764-2774 before 8:00am on Monday November 28 or 7:00am Tuesday November 29, 2005. All attendees must bring to the site visit a valid drivers license or other valid form of identification. At the site visit CDs containing the Environmental Impact Statement (EIS), with supporting documentation, will be available for distribution.
