Description

The Northern Region Contracting Center (NRCC) intends to procure A-76 Individual Competition Support Services. The contractor shall provide support and consultant services to competition teams for the completion of the elements of A-76 competitions. Support (analysis, coordination, administrative, and technical) will be provided throughout all phases of Streamlined and Standard competition processes and include A-76 competition elements. Contractor personnel must have sufficient A-76 experience to adequately advise and assist the competition teams to develop all elements of the competition process. Services provided will be in accordance with OMB Circular, Revised 29 May 2003, Army Regulation 5-20, Competitive Sourcing issued 23 May 2005, and relat ed DoD policy and guidance. The period of performance will be for one year from date of award with four additional option years. The NAICS Code is 541611. Size Standard is $6,000,000.00. Anticipate award of multiple Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts with firm fixed price delivery orders. This action will be solicited on an unrestricted basis, with the goal of reserving one award for small business. Subject solicitation will be posted on Federal Business Opportunities website: http:/ /www.fedbizopps.gov on or about 01 Dec 05. A bidders list will not be developed and paper copies of solicitation will not be mailed.
