Description

Travis AFB intends to award a sole source purchase order for the travel, service and repair of an X-ray collimator, PN 989001002093, at Travis AFB. Philips Medical Systems are the manufacturer of the equipment currently in use at David Grant Medical Center (DGMC), and their products are the only compatible products with the Philips Medical Systems name. Delivery is to be made to DGMC,bldg 777, Travis AFB, CA. Required delivery of the product is 14 days. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considere by the agency. NAICS code 423450 applies. SIC code5047 applies.
