- It is the intent of the Government to award an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity Consignment contract for Cardiac Stents used in Interventional Cardiology at the Louis Stokes Cleveland VA Medical Center, 10701 East Blvd., Cleveland, Ohio 44106. The contract period shall be from date of award through September 30, 2005 with the Government having the option to exercise four one year renewal periods through September 30, 2010. Ordering requests will be made by the COTR on an as-needed basis. Consignment shall include the following item: Sypher Stent in various sizes. NAICS code for this procurement is 339113. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement and submit a quote. All quotes must be received by 4:00 PM EST, November 22, 2005, and will be considered by the Government.
