Description

The Management & Training Corporation, d.b.a. Inland Empire Job Corps Center is currently seeking bids for the replacement of misc. windows in the amount of but not limited to approx 1120 sq ft and including approx 38 sets through out the center with double-glazed low-e insulated fixed windows units in white vinyl or aluminum metal frames (commercial grade) with medium gray tint. Contractor bidding on this project must have a minimum of a ?B? license. All bid submitted after the job walk must include a minimum of (3) three references from either a Federal, State, or City institution. A mandatory job walk is required to become familiar with this project and to answer any and all questions and concerns. This job walk is scheduled for December 21, 2005 at 10:00 A.M. in the main conference room located at the Inland Empire Job Corps Center, 3173 Kerry Street, San Bernardino, CA. 92407 No bids will be accepted by GC?s not attending this job walk. Upon awarding of this bid, contractor must provide the Inland Empire Job Corps Center with all applicable insurance including naming MTC as additional insured. This contract will fall under the Davis Bacon Act and bonding will be required. Technical questions concerning this job walk may be directed to Mr. David Belford at (909) 887-7137. MTC reserves the right to reject any and all bids or waive any irregularities in any bid as a result of this mandatory job walk. This site is a U.S. Department of Labor Job Corps Center operated under contract to MTC.
