- Description
- The purpose of this modification to a previous Request for Information/Sources Sought notice is to request responses ONLY from small businesses that can provide the required services under the primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 541519 (Other Computer Related Services, including Software Installation Services, Computer Disaster Recovery Services) with an associated size standard of $21 Million receipts per year or less, for Force Readiness Support Services. In addition to small businesses, this modification to a previous Request for Information/Sources Sought notice is encouraging responses from qualified Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses, Veteran-Owned Small Businesses, Women-Owned Small Businesses, HUBZone Small Businesses, Small Disadvantaged Small Businesses, Small Business Joint Ventures, Consortiums and Teaming Partners. Potential vendors are requested to look at the detailed records that are available on FedBizOpps for this requirement. Specifically, the technical requirement to support development, maintenance, and sustainment of the GCCS-J Force Readiness Assessment System Applications was described in detail in the Government's initial sources sought notice dated 26 July 2005 and entitled RFIForceReadinessSupportServices. Modifications to this initial posting have been ongoing and numerous spanning 26 July 2005 through 18 November 2005. This modification to a previous Request for Information/Sources Sought notice is issued to assist the Defense Information Systems Agency in performing market research to determine whether or not there are qualified Small Businesses that can perform the Force Readiness Support Services. Small Businesses responding to this modification to a previous Request for Information/Sources Sought Notice shall have a quality management system, e.g., ISO 9000, CMMI, Six Sigma, etc., testing laboratory, and ability to access secure networks. Teaming arrangements are acceptable. Responses are requested no later than noon (Local Time) on Tuesday, December 6, 2005.
