- Due to the urgency of this requirement the solicitation has been ammended to be a SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE Quotes will be due Nov 17 2005. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. A quote is being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number F1B2E15308A100 is hereby issued as a Request for Quote for Aircraft Cleaning Soap. The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 01-24. This acquisition is a Small business Set-Aside and is under North American Industry Classification System code 424690 A Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order will be issued in writing. REQUIREMENTS: Aircraft Cleaning Soap (MIL-PRF-67937 TYPE IV) SC-Aircraft and Metal Cleaner. (QTY) 3000 Gallons. Product must be qualified and approved from the Air Force to clean the KC-135 & C-5 Aircraft and must have a MSDS. **Must be brand name or equal FAR 52.211-6 – Brand Name or Equal.
