- The purpose of this modification is to provide additional information regarding the pre-bid site walk tentatively scheduled for Tuesday, December 6, 2005, at 0900 hours. The following information needs to be provided to the Contracting Officer for all offerors expected to attend the site walk by 1200 hours on Friday, November 18, 2005: Name of Individual, Social Security Number, Date of Birth, Company Name and Address, Phone Number, Fax Number. This information is required so that background checks can be performed on all attendees by Federal Aviation Administration and Hickham Air Force Base security personnel. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (14-NOV-2005). IT ACTUALLY APPEARED OR REAPPEARED ON THE FEDBIZOPPS SYSTEM ON 16-NOV-2005.
