- UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT SEEKS SOURCES FOR LEASED OFFICE AND RELATED SPACE MIAMI, FLORIDA Requirement: United States Government is seeking to lease office and related space consisting of approximately 2,875 square feet of rentable space. Rentable space must yield a minimum of 2,500 usable square feet, available for use by the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB), personnel, furnishings, and equipment. Location: North: NW 58th Street South: NW 25th Street East: NW 72nd Avenue West: NW 97th Avenue Required: All services, supplies, utilities, partitioning and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. Lease Term: The lease term will be ten (10) years with the Government having cancellation privileges after the first five (5) years with 60 days written notice. Occupancy: November 17, 2006 Expressions of interest should include the following: 1) Building name and address 2) Rentable/usable square feet and rentable/usable rate per square foot 3) Method of measurement used to determine square footage 4) Brokers without exclusive listings must provide letter of authorization from the owner.
