- A Request for Proposal (RFP N00189-06-R-P026) is being issued to purchase Garnet from the Qualified Product List (QPL). Garnet GMA 30 X 60, IAW MIL-A-22262A. This is a QPL Specification. Any offers shall demonstrate a satisfactory qualification test prior to award. Estimated quantity: 200 dry ton over a twelve-month period, with (2) two - one-year options at 200 dry ton per year. This is a Government estimate for this time period. NAICS code 212399. Deliveries to be to Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, Portsmouth, NH 03801-2590. All responsible sources listed on the QPL ?MIL-A-22262A? may submit a proposal. With the proposal please provide Certificate of Conformance, which shall be considered by the Agency. Solicitations will be available on the WEB @ www.neco.navy.mil by December 05, 2005. Please include Cage Code, Dun's and TIN Numbers on RFP. Requestors must have Central Contractor Registration before award.
