NOTICE: THIS PROCUREMENT IS 100% SET-ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS CONTRACTORS. The work of this contract consists of providing all materials, supplies, equipment and labor necessary to complete Fire Sprinkler System, Fire Alarm System Project for the Ozark Bathhouse located at Hot Springs National Park. PLEASE NOTE THE SPECIFICATIONS CONTAIN OTHER PORTIONS OF WORK WHICH WILL BE BID UNDER SEPERATE COVER. The NAICS code for this project is 238220, Business Size Standard is $12 Million. In accordance with FAR Subpart 36.204, the price range for this contract is between $25,000.00 and $100,000. An organized site visit will be scheduled and announced in the contract package. The Solicitation and attachments will be posted on electronic commerce on or about November 23, 2005 at the following website: http://ideasec.nbc.gov.
