- The U.S. Army, TACOM-Picatinny, intends to solicit, negotiate, and award on a sole source basis to Taylor Devices, INC, North Tonawanda, New York the production of Twelve hundred and ninety-four (1,294) Spade Damper Assemblies in support of the Lightweight 155mm Howitzer program. Sole source authority for this procurement is in accordance with FAR 6.302-1(a)(2). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.
