- Furnish all materials, equipment, supplies, labor, transportation, material and equipment including fuel power and water (except if its Government furnished) and perform all work in strict accordance sigh the specifications for retrofit roof Center Section Bldg 53-990. Work consist but is not limited to removal of existing ballasted EPDM roof system, removal of existing scuppers including flashins, removal of natural gas pipe, existing metal copins, removal of ventilators, vents, ladder and existin g vent piping. On the existing concrete deck remove all oils, caulk, deteriorated concrete and other materials detrimental to full adhesion of patch to existing concrete deck. This acquisition is being conducted according to the small business competitiveness demonstration prog ram. Solicitation number W911RP-06-B-0001 issues on or about 1 Dec 05 and closing on or about 3 Jan 06. The magnitude of this contract is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Telephone request for this solicitation will not be accepted. The issuing and closing dates are subject to change. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered.
